There are two types of PIPE. Both are flexible and easy to cut and join.
DISTRIBUTION PIPE:- 13m MDPE pipe with holes strategically located in it.
FEEDER PIPE:- 13mm low density poly pipe with NO holes in it. |
Joiners are used to join the DISTRIBUTION PIPE to the FEEDER PIPE. | |
ELBOWS are used for making an upright or for turning through 90o |
T-PIECES are used for joining two pieces of pipe or for making a circle as shown. |
END PLUGS are used to end runs of DISTRIBUTION PIPE. |
BAYONET CONNECTORS join the FEEDER PIPE to the pump-up connector. |
BAYONET CAPS are placed on the box to keep soil, insects and debris out of the pipe between pump-ups. |
PUMP-UP CONNECTORS include a one way valve and are clicked onto the BAYONET CONNECTOR at pump-up. |
RATCHET CLIPS tighten up all the connections on tthe low density FEEDER PIPE so the junctions cannot blow apart when the system is pumped up or recharged. |
STEEL PEGS are used to hold the pipes in place |
There are small and large VALVE BOXES. These contain and protect the BAYONET CONNECTORS or PUMP-UP CONNECTOR between pump-ups. |
